IBP is pleased to announce that they have begun to work with the Charity Alabaré. Alabaré is an organisation who supports the homeless, vulnerable and marginalised people. They do this by helping them to transform their lives, by providing accommodation and helping them gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities to live a fulfilled life.
So over the weeks leading up to Christmas, IBP reached out to its friends, family, and fantastic clients to donate shoeboxes of helpful items to the people that Alabaré help and the response was amazing. It never ceases to amaze just how generous people are at this time of year.
So a huge Thankyou to the parents of Hilmarton School pupils, to the staff at Firs Care Home, and all our other fantastic clients and friends who contributed.

Founded in Salisbury in 1991, they have managed to help over 1700 people in the last year alone, from young mothers and their babies to those leaving the care system. People suffering from addictions, problems with mental health or learning difficulties and those who have left the armed services and are struggling to cope with life on civvy street.
Now with over 27 years, helping thousands of people, Alabaré is stretched across the South West of England’s and Wales. And seeing their work, IBP has been inspired by the work these people do and wish to help.
In Calne, there are 2 homes in place to support the 16 people they have split across them, which is a fantastic feat, and such an inspiration to the people of Calne and to IBP.
We will be sharing some of the work that Alabare have done and hope that it inspires you in the same way it inspires the team, it’s easy as it gets colder to shut the world out and keep warm, but it means so much more to let someone share space by the fire.

Managing Director Craig Roberts added, “We have been searching for a charity to work with for quite some time, and Alabaré’s story and mission just resonated with us. As a recruitment company our focus is on helping change people’s lives, and working with Alabaré would allow us to change things at the foundations.”
