IBP Continue their investment in Technology

IBP are pleased to announce they have joined 28,000 other businesses across 39 countries who have chosen PHMG to manage their auto attendant software.

This is a big step for a company who have always maintained the mantra that you don’t have to be a large organisation to have the capacity to provide world class customer service, and by using PHMG’s call tree bespoke software we ensure that every phone call gets to the appropriate member of staff as smoothly as possible, without causing the customer to wait too long, or disrupting the wrong department.
