With all this change going on it’s important that we match our niche offices with an online Headquarters, providing a portal with which to register and apply to jobs. However, it is also a site showcasing our love of this industry, our original content and the philosophy we were founded on.

We hold the adage that “one size doesn’t fit all” to be so true, so when it came to our website, a template wouldn’t do, we had to hunt for perfection, and what we achieved, we think is really quite good. It’s sleek and purpose built design is there to guide you, and you can tell that we’re not only inspired by people, but inspired through technology. So, whether you’re a client or a candidate, our website has the answers. And with our chat function, we are there 24/7 to assist with your career searching, as we know that opportunities do not conform to a 9-5 so neither shall we.
Managing Director, Craig Roberts said; “We have aimed for a site that doesn’t just replicate the image of job boards, as we feel that is a one-dimensional approach to recruitment. It’s easy to think in recruitment it’s all about the jobs, but it’s not. We have made sure our clients have just as much prominence on our website, because we understand that no two businesses have the same requirements so don’t relegate them to the edge of the business, just as candidates make our industry happen, without clients we would have no one to recruit for. So, our bespoke website is a reflection on how we tailor our service to each and every client”.
With more jobs arriving daily, and our media content being tailored to help both prospective job hunters as well as an insight into the world of recruiting our website is truly allowing us to achieve a three-dimensional image.
We were fortunate enough have Graphic designer & Web developer Paul Jackson of “Pixels & Things” working on our behalf. Pixels & Things are vital in helping to develop our branding as well as our website. Paul, who has been working in the print and digital design industry for over 15 years and have worked on a multitude of major brands, including BMW & Audi, and has been an asset in helping us in a creative capacity as well as ensuring usability is always at our core.
Paul said “It has been exciting to work with and to continue working alongside IBP Recruitment, as a relatively young company, IBP Recruitment have a clear and concise plan for what they wanted to achieve with their brand as well as their website, they have an understanding that their website is a marketing tool like any other and that it’s never static, it’s ever-evolving, it needs to be able to adapt to their audience as well as reflect the growth of the company. Craig and the team have been a pleasure to work with, Craig, being a perfectionist, gives me the chance to flex my skill set as we constantly evolve the site in order to keep it as innovative as possible.”
We always welcome feedback on our infrastructure as well as our service. So, all that’s left for you to do, is explore our website and see how it can help you in your journey to find you.
