With a larger office we needed to start filling the new desks, and we are pleased to announce that at the start of the New Year we brought in Toby Levy to our Calne Headquarters for a trial as a trainee recruitment co-ordinator. With a background in sales he has swiftly moved from calling prospective clients to handling our Automotive accounts, under the watchful eye of Head of Recruitment Tania Whitmarsh, and we know it won’t be long before he starts placing excellent candidates.
In addition to this he has proven to be a useful asset to Managing Director Craig Roberts, as Toby has been assisting him in a marketing capacity as IBP go from strength to strength with Blogs, News and social media campaigns.
Our new office has more desks, so if you are looking to further your career as an experienced recruitment consultant, or you are looking to enter the world of recruitment in a trainee capacity then get in touch today, and you could be reading about the start of your journey with IBP.

What’s the most interesting job you’ve ever had, prior to working at IBP?
Toby –
In 2012 I was lucky enough to work as race security at the Olympics where we worked ridiculous hours looking after the race routes for the Marathon, Cycling Road race and Time Trial events, definitely a once in a life time experience.
What has been your most memorable experience at IBP?
Toby –
Things have been moving so quickly it’s hard to pick one. However, on my second day, whilst still very nervous, I managed to land a client meeting which led to 5 jobs, and it was in that moment that I knew I’d found the right career.
What’s your favourite sandwich?
Toby –
Some nice freshly cut bread, like a seeded spelt must be involved. Then I’d have a rare steak, sliced forming the base, with a small amount of strong wholegrain mustard, topped with some caramelised red onions and some shredded lettuce, and then you’re good to go. Too far?
