This month we are happy to announce that our very own Tania Whitmarsh has been promoted to Head of Recruitment.

“What’s the most interesting job you’ve held, prior to working at IBP?”
Tania –
Well as someone who spent years in accounts, it’s hard to use the word interesting with a straight face. However, before working in accounts I was placed as a temp in a firm helping young people with career advice, CV writing and interview preparation. I think throughout my career I looked back on that time as by far one of the most fulfilling roles I have held. I think it was the memory of that which made me so excited by the opportunity to be a part of IBP with Craig.
“What has been your most memorable experience at IBP?”
Tania –
It’s going to sound like such a cliché, but honestly, when we opened the doors on our first little office, and picked up the phone to make that first cold call. That moment right there, full of excitement at the unknown road ahead, realising that we were really doing this, that was definitely a day I will never forget.
“What’s your favourite sandwich?
Tania –
Don’t judge me, it sounds strange, but it’s amazing. Cheese, marmite and salad cream, you won’t regret it.
