IBP, stands for ‘Inspired by People.’ It’s something they say with unrivalled passion, from International sports icons, to the late, great Stephen Hawking, to heroes at a local level, the team at IBP love finding inspiration in the lives and stories of others.

Over the years, both as a company, and on an individual level, the team have been involved with a number of charities, from solo fundraising, to charity days, with the belief that when life gives you lemons, try and make sure everyone gets a glass of lemonade.
With this in mind, and with IBP’s continued growth and success, they would like to sponsor a charity, and whilst, understanding that they can’t help everyone, they would really like to help make a difference to one local cause.
Seeing as IBP place so much importance on being inspired, they are asking for anyone who can either suggest, or nominate a charity, to get in touch, to write in and tell the story of that cause and inspire them.
It is as the late Stephen Hawking said, “Mankind’s greatest achievements have come about by talking, and its greatest failures by not talking. It doesn’t have to be like this. Our greatest hopes could become reality in the future. With the technology at our disposal, the possibilities are unbounded. All we need to do is make sure we keep talking.”
So, it is on the advice of one of the greatest minds, not only in our lifetime, but in history, that IBP is asking for people to come forward and explain why a particular charity can not only benefit from their help, but also how their story can inspire others through life, both at home and in work.
Managing Director, Craig Roberts added, ‘With the continued success of IBP it’s only right we give back to the community, without people, there would be no place for recruitment, so we really do feel strongly about human interaction. I’m hoping to find a cause that myself and my team feel a strong connection to through their story, one that really makes us grateful for all we have and will make us want to do all we can to support them”.
In order to nominate a charity, IBP are asking people to send an email to charity@ibprecruitment.co.uk, giving detail about what the charity does, but also saying how that charity has either inspired you, or why they can inspire others, it doesn’t have to be long, as learning from poetic giants such as Mohammed Ali, the briefest of sentences can ignite the passions of the largest audiences.
